fragnosis
AI match analysis for CS2Free beta

Find the mistake that’s costing you rounds.

Fragnosis uses AI to find the mistake you keep repeating, shows it on a 2D replay next to how pros play the same spot, and checks in your next matches whether it’s gone.

Free during the beta, no card needed. Works on your FACEIT and Premier demos after the match, with nothing to install.

DiagnosisRound 11 of 23

Symptom

In 5 of 8 B hits you died first on the close angle, with no trade.

Rounds with this mistake: 2, 5, 6, 9, 11

Fix

On the first flash, fall back to back site and wait for your rotation.

Fall back after the first flash

Pros41/60
You1/8
Example replay of round 11, Odra 3, Pilica 7: the Ts smoke off mid and flash the B entrance. The player stays on the close angle, dies first one second after the flash and nobody trades, so it stays 4 v 5 until the end of the round. Four Ts take the site and plant at 0:51, and the replay freezes for the analyst’s drawing. It shows back site, where 41 of 60 pros on this spot fall back after the first flash.

One round, broken down.

Every diagnosis reads the same way: symptom, cause, fix and check. Here it is on the example from the replay above, round 11 of a match on Oct 6.

  1. After the match

    Add a match

A .dem file from Premier or a tournament, or a FACEIT match link. Nothing to install.

  2. SymptomA few minutes later

What keeps happening in the rounds you lose

AI goes through your whole demo and picks the mistake that costs you the most rounds. In this example: in 5 of 8 B hits you died first on the close angle, and none of those deaths was traded.

We look for patterns, not one-off blunders

  3. Cause

Why it happens, on your replay

When the hit comes to B, you stay on the close angle after the first flash. Your teammates are too far away to trade, so one flash and one swing open the site. Every finding links to the round and the second in your demo.

We judge only what you could know in the round

    fragnosisCause
    Example
    Round 11CT0:51

    What you knew at 0:59

    • Smoke between B and mid
    • Flash at the B entrance
    • 2 enemies on your radar

    What happened (replay view)

    • 4 players came through B main
    • 1 player lurked mid
    • Bomb planted at 0:51

We judge your decision only on what you could know in the round. The replay view is there to learn from.

  4. Fix

What to do in your next match

On the first flash at B, fall back to back site and play for time until your rotation gets there. Pros on this spot do the same in 41 of 60 rounds.

  5. CheckYour next match

    Did it work

We check the same moment in your next matches. One match is often too little to tell, so we only call it when the difference is clear. In this example: you fell back in 9 of 11 B hits over the next 3 matches, up from 1 of 8.

The fix stays until it becomes a habit

  6. Coming later

    Next up: the whole five.

The beta focuses on you and your own mistakes. After that, every player in your team gets their own diagnosis and your IGL sees all five in one place, so before practice you know what everyone is working on.

Built by a player.

Fragnosis is built by Paweł “paffcio” Biskup, a rifler and anchor with high FACEIT Elo. The diagnosis rules are written by someone who plays: a fix has to make sense in a real round, not just in a spreadsheet.

FAQ

How is this different from FACEIT stats?

Stats tell you what happened. A diagnosis tells you why you lose rounds and what to change. You get one thing at a time and see it on the replay of your own match.

Is it safe for my account?

Yes. Fragnosis analyzes demos after the match. You don’t install anything, nothing connects to the game, you never get hints during a round and we never ask for your Steam or FACEIT password.

Which matches can I analyze?

In the beta we start with FACEIT matches and .dem files from Premier and tournaments. We’ll explain how to send a match in the email when the beta starts.

Who do you compare me with?

With pros playing the same spot in the same kind of round, from recent pro matches. Every comparison shows how many rounds it’s based on. We judge only what you could know in the round, not what the replay shows afterwards.

Is it just an AI chatbot?

No. You get a finished diagnosis with evidence from your demo. AI helps find the mistake you keep repeating, but every finding has to point to specific rounds from your match.

Can my whole team use it?

Not yet. The beta focuses on individual diagnoses. Team features, with a diagnosis for every player and an IGL view, come after the beta.

What happens to my data?

We use your email only to tell you when the beta starts, and your demos only for your diagnoses. We don’t sell data. You can ask us to delete it at any time: just email [email protected].

Send us your worst match.

Join the beta and paste the link to the match that annoyed you the most. That’s where we’ll start your first diagnosis, if the demo is still available.

We’ll only use it for your first diagnosis. Playing Premier? Leave it empty, we’ll show you how to send a demo.
